All India Democratic Youth Organisation (AIDYO) is a youth movement oriented revolutionary youth organisation involved in socio-cultural activities. Inspired by the thoughts and ideas of a great revolutionary fighter belonging to the uncompromising Trend in the Indian freedom struggle, Shibdas Ghosh AIDYO was established in the year 1966 on June 26.

AIDYO was founded on the day in a communally charged atmosphere as a force that in future will aim to establish democratic values in the society to take up struggles of the youth and even to physically protect the hapless victims of communal violence. Working amongst both the urban and rural youth, AIDYO has successfully organised youth movements across the country, both at the state level as well as at the national level to find solution to the youth's problems like unemployment, cultural degeneration, corruption in public life, alcoholism and drug menace, crimes on women, all varieties of inequalities and scores of other issues.

AIDYO is in the forefront of social service too. It has jumped into relief works involving batches of youth as volunteers in the event of natural calamities like earthquakes, floods or accidents etc. AIDYO organises medical camps, eye donation camps, camps to fight superstition, camps to bring awareness about social problems like casteism, communalism, and other social maladies, to bring awareness about problems of youth's life and sense of social commitment in the youths.

AIDYO upholds and propagates the ideals of great fighters for justice and truth like Khudiram Bose, Bhagat Singh, Bismil-Ashfaq, Netaji, Ishwarchandra Vidyasagar, sharatchandra, Subramanya Bharathi and many others. AIDYO believes in and inculcates the ideals of uncompromising, revolutionary trend of freedom struggle in India. AIDYO intends to pave the way for transformation of India into socialism.
